摘要
业务流程重组(business process reengineering,BPR)理论是目前企业界推崇的管理理论之一,它对公共管理等领域也产生了广泛影响。文章尝试运用BPR理论来分析高校现行教学管理中存在的突出问题,以期能够为我国高等学校教学管理创新提供一条可资参考的路径,从而使高校教学管理更加适应未来时代的发展需要。
The theory BPR （Business Process Reengineering） is one of business management theories in the present business community. It has also had a wider impact on the public administration and other fields. In the article, it attempts to analyze the outstanding issues using the BPR theory which exists in the university present teaching management. It may provide one very reference way for the innovation of Chinese university teaching management, so the university teaching management will be more responsive for the development needs of the coming era.
