摘要
激励的理论基础是人性假设,不同的人性假设需要不同的激励理念和激励实践与之相对应。激励理论在高校管理中的运用已经比较广泛,但目前科研激励机制还不太成熟,存在缺乏心理需求分析、激励方法有效性研究不够等许多问题。高校科研激励机制的设计与完善必须遵循一定的价值取向。
