基于因子分析法我国农业龙头上市公司的业绩评价

Performance Assessment of China's Leading Listed Agricultural Companies by Factor Analysis

在综合评价方法中,因子分析法不仅可以评价企业竞争力,还可以了解各个企业在行业中的地位及薄弱环节,为企业决策和改进提供依据。在采用上市公司业绩综合评价指标的基础上,选取深圳和上海证券交易所上市的31家农业龙头企业作为样本,应用因子分析法提取"变现能力、盈利能力、偿债能力和成长能力"4个反映公司经营绩效的公共因子,根据公共因子的贡献率及其因子值对农业企业的经营绩效进行综合分析,得出盈利能力对企业业绩评价影响最大,在此基础上,得出农业龙头上市公司的经营业绩排名。

With comprehensive analysis method, factor analysis can be used not only to assess the competitiveness of the listed companies, but also to understand their position and weakness which can serve as a basis in decision making and innovations. The paper adopted the index of comprehensive assessment of the listed companies＇ performance and took 31 leading agricultural companies listed in Shanghai and Shenzhen＇ s stock market. The four publie factors of cashability, profit ability, debt - paying ability and growth ability which can reflect their performance were singled out. Based on the contribution of these public factors and their value, a comprehensive analysis of all the companies were made. It was discovered that profit ability is the most important factor affecting the company＇s performance. Finally, a list of these leading companies was made according to the assessment.
