创新型研究生是具有强烈的爱国热情和创新意识、严谨的科学态度、较高的创新能力的研究生,建设创新型国家必须加大创新型研究生的培养力度。在分析目前我国研究生培养质量存在的主要问题及其成因的基础上,从加强导师队伍建设、加强和规范研究生的过程管理等角度,阐述了创新型研究生的培养途径。

Creative graduate students are expected to be patriotic and to have mastered rigorous scientific approaches who are necessary for a creative nation. Problems and the root causes found in the education of China＇s graduate students were studies and channels to cultivate creative graduate students were proposed in terms of strengthening the team of tutors, and improving and regulating process management.
