The Cultural Evolution and the Law Protection of the Traditional Festivals of Minorities ——Take the protection of Mongolian festival as example

当代社会经济的巨大转变,使少数民族的传统文化普遍遭遇了困境。少数民族的传统节日具有丰富的文化内涵,具有传承文化的作用,需要完整的法律保护。因此应当通过各效力层次的法律文件,规定可行的保护措施。运用政府规章把少数民族的重要传统节日规定为法定假日,是一种便捷有效的法律保护方式。

Economy changing from pasturing to cultivating led to culture variation and Mongolian culture had been washed away and fallen into predicament, while Mongolian nomadic area was cultivated in history. Great transformation of society and economy make minority traditional culture meet this difficulty. Minority traditional festival contains rich content, and it＇s an important intangible culture heritage. It should be protect in law, using complete legal system and feasible procedure. It＇s a sample and effective way to provide some minority traditional festival as official holiday with government act.
