摘要
公平地获得基本医疗服务是公民的基本权利。我国正在进行的新一轮医改,基本目标是为了保障每一个公民能够享有基本的医疗保障。本文通过对印度医疗服务体系的公平性等问题展开探讨,旨在借鉴印度在医疗服务提供、筹资等方面的经验和教训,避免医改付出不必要的制度转换成本。
Obtaining basic medical services is the basic right of every citizen. China is in the process of a new round of medical system reform whose goal is to ensure every citizen carl enjoy basic medical care. The paper elaborated on the fairness of Indian medical service system with the purpose to introduce Indian experiences and lessons in medical service provision and financing to reduce unnecessary system change cost in China＇s medical system reform.
