B超结合C臂X光定位经皮肾穿刺治疗肾结石90例

Treatment of nephrolith with micro-percutaneus nephrolitbotomy guided by B-US and C-arm X-ray

目的探讨应用影像技术引导经皮肾穿刺治疗肾结石的临床价值。方法对90例肾结石患者应用B超结合C臂X光定位引导经皮肾穿刺造瘘，将经皮肾通道扩至16-18F，从通道内入输尿管镜碎石取石。结果90例肾结石患者中，Ⅰ期取石70例，Ⅱ期取石20例；40例复杂结石经多次取石，均有少量肾盏残石，结合ESWL治疗，肾结石基本排净。结论B超结合C臂X光定位经皮肾穿刺取石安全、有效，成功率高，适合基层医院开展。

Objective To discuss the feasibility of nephrolith treatment with miero-percutaneous nephrolithotomy guided by B-US and C-arm X-ray. Method Pereutaneous puncture was guided by B-US and C-arm X-ray. The percutaneous tract was dilated to 16-18F size for the rigid nephroscopy to remove thestones. Result Among these 90 patients, 70 cases were treated with one-staged operation, and the other 20 with two-stages. 40 of them with staghorn stones still had residues in calyces, which were treated with ESWL. Conclusion It is safe and effective to treat nephrolity with micro-percutaneous nepohrolithotomy guided by B-US and C-arm X-ray.
