铝碳酸镁治疗腹型过敏性紫癜68例临床分析

The therapeutic effects of shydrotalcite on children abdominal type of allergic purpura

目的观察铝碳酸镁(胃达喜)治疗腹型过敏性紫癜的临床疗效,探讨腹型过敏性紫癜新的治疗方法。方法将68例腹型过敏性紫癜患儿随机分为观察组和对照组,均给予糖皮质激素抗炎为主,配合补液、抗组胺、止血等对症支持治疗;观察组在此基础上加用胃达喜治疗。结果对照组治疗4天腹痛、呕吐消失,5天腹泻消失;观察组治疗3天腹痛消失,2天呕吐消失,4天腹泻消失,组间比较,观察组在用药3天和5天时均取得较好疗效,差异有显著性。结论铝碳酸镁对腹型过敏性紫癜疗效显著。

Objective To observe therapeutic effects of shydrotalcite on children abdominal type of allergic purpura. Methods 68 childrenwith abdominal type of allergic purpura were divided into two group, including treatment group and control group. All the patients were treated with glucocorticoid, anti-histamine and hemostasis, and the patients in treatment group were additional treated with shydrotalcite. Results The durations of abdominal pain, vomiting and diarrhea in treatment group were shorter than that in control group （P〈0. 01）. Conclusions It is effective to treat child patients with abdominal type allergic purpura with shydrotalcite.
