彩超探查下肢血管引导带蒂皮瓣移位术的临床应用

Analysis of 32 cases of sternohyoid flap transplantation under the guidance of color Doppler ultrasound for detecting lower extremity vascular

目的探讨彩超检查对下肢血管引导带蒂皮瓣移位术的临床价值。方法对32例小腿、踝部、后跟部、足部皮肤缺损患者的局部皮瓣修复行术前彩超检查定位,并与手术结果进行对比分析。结果30例定位准确(占93.75%),其中28例术后伤口愈合良好,2例伤口延迟愈合;2例因小腿肿胀探查血管失败。结论彩超探查腓动脉穿支及小隐静脉引导腓肠神经营养皮瓣与局部旋转皮瓣治疗下肢皮肤缺损,方法简便、准确,能明显提高手术成功率。

Objective To explore the effect of sural nerve nutrition and local rotational flaps being used to repair the soft tissue defect in leg, ankle and foot under accurate orientating of peroneal perforator and saphenous vein through color Doppler ultrasound. Methods 32 cases with the soft tissue defect in leg, ankle, heel and foot were repaired after lower extremity vascular being detected through color Doppler ultrasound. Results 30 of the 32 patients were clearly detected, but 2 cases were not. Conclusion It is simple and accurate that sural nerve nutrition flap and local rotational flap treating soft tissue defect under the guidance of color Doppler ultrasound for detecting lower extremity vascular.
