摘要
目的调查产妇在分娩过程中的服务需求,制定护理对策。方法自制产妇分娩需求调查表,对在我院分娩的296例产妇进行问卷调查,了解产妇的实际需求。制定人性化护理服务内容,设立产程陪护病区,建立产时支持系统,比较产妇满意度。结果产妇在分娩中需求重点是心理需求和服务需求。改进护理服务措施后,产妇满意度较前有明显提高。结论针对产妇需求建立产时支持系统,制定护理对策,可明显改善护理服务质量,值得临床推广运用。
Objective To investigate the parturient's demand and the nursing countermeasure. Methods We designed the questionary of the parturient's demand, and investigated 296 parturient, found the demand of parturient, established the humanistic nursing, set up the birth supporting system. The satisfaction of the patients was compared. Results The keystone of the parturient's demand was psychological and service requirement. The satisfaction was improved when the nursing service was ameliorated. Conclusion According the parturient's demand, establishing the birth supporting system and nursing countermeasure can obviously improve nursing service, which may be good for wide application.
