Questionnaire about factors influencing the eyesight of the civil aviation pilot students

目的编制民航飞行学员视力影响因素调查问卷,以提高飞行学员视力保护的针对性和有效性。方法在查阅文献和开展访谈的基础上,形成初步问卷,通过预测、正式测试进行项目筛选,检验问卷的信度、效度。结果28个项目具有较好的区分度,用眼卫生、视力保护和视力认知是影响民航飞行学员视力3个因素。3个维度的方差总变异量率为64.389%。问卷的内部一致性系数为0.909,分半信度为0.874,问卷具有较好的信度、效度。结论自编问卷具有良好的信度、效度,可试用于民航飞行学员视力影响因素的测量。

Objective To design a questionnaire about factors influencing civil aviation pilot students＇ eyesightMethods The questionnaire was designed on basis of literatures and interviews, and then the items were selected by pretest and test. Results 28 items were fairly good in differentiation. Analysis of ingredient confirms the 3 structures influencing civil aviation pilot students＇ eyesight, which were sanitary usage of eyes, eyesight protection and cognizance. The contribution rate of these 3 variances was 64. 389%. Inner coherence coefficient of the questionnaire wass 0. 909, guttman Split-Half Coefficient is 0. 874. Therefore, the questionnaire was in high degree of confidence and efficiency. Conclusion The questionnaire, for its high degree of confidence and efficiency, can be used to check the factors influencing civil aviation pilot students＇ eyesight.
