绩效管理是集团管控理论中的一个核心问题,集团下的绩效管理相比一般公司下的绩效管理更为复杂,文章针对集团企业的具体情况,对集团绩效管理体系作了理论研究,然后构建并实现了一套基于B/S模式的绩效管理信息系统。

Performance Management is the basic and one of the most important part of the theory of Management and Control of Enterprise Group. The performance management in enterprise group is more perplexing than in single enterprise. This paper describes the research of the performance management in enterprise group and the design method and realization process of the Enterprise Performance Management software system.
