S7-300 PLC及组态王在抗生素发酵控制系统中的应用

文章针对石嘴山某厂抗生素发酵过程控制系统的技术改造,提出了基于PLC和组态王的控制系统设计方案。该控制系统采用S7-300系列CPU模块和I/O模块组成下位机,上位机采用工控机+组态软件,对采集的数据进行集中管理和实时监控。实践表明,抗生素发酵过程控制系统的控制精度和可靠性都得到了提高。

Aim at technical reform of the control system in the antibiotic fermentation process at a plant in Shizuishan, the design plan of the control system Based on PLC and King View is put forward, lower processor was composed by series CPU module and I/O module of Siemens $7-300 PLC in that control system, moreover, centralized management and real-time monitoring of collected data are carried out through the upper processor that adopts industrial computer and configuration software . The practice shows that the control precision and the reliability of the control system of the antibiotic fermentation process both have been improved.
