摘要
利用Excel VBA平台开发了除尘管网平衡优化软件。采用模拟管网内实际流动工况的方法进行水力计算,求解各支管的风量分配,并据此进行整个管网的风量平衡计算。管网经优化后,抽风点的风量偏差控制在10%以内,而不满足上述要求的抽风点点数占总点数的百分率控制在5%以内。软件的开发实现了在计算机上对管网系统的动态模拟,对现场调试工作及系统故障的分析解决都有指导作用,大大提高了设计师的工作效率和现场施工质量。优化后的除尘管网,不仅可以保证除尘效果,达到环保要求;还能节省投资,节约能源。
A hydraulic resistance balance software for dedusting duct system is developed with Excel VBA. In order to obtain the air distribution and balance the whole duct system, dynamic hydraulic calculating method is used. For duct system optimized using this software, the air-rate deviation for every suction is less than 10% and the percent of un-balanced suction point is less than 5. Using the software to designing dedusting duct system, is helpful not only for field work, but also for improving work efficiency and the quality of construction. All efforts are made to guarantee the dedusting effect and save energy.
