摘要
针对公路建设对区域经济发展的评价问题，基于公路交通与经济发展的相互影响，提出了多变量产出函数的改进模型．基于索洛生产函数，建立了一种新的定量的综合评价公路建设对经济发展贡献率的多目标产出函数关系模型，在此基础上对哈尔滨市1990年～2003年的统计数据进行多元线性回归分析．结果表明，该模型在预测公路发展对经济贡献的可靠性方面具有应用前景．
Reliable analysis of the effects of road transportation on regional economic growth is needed for infrastructure planning. To evaluate the contribution of road transportation development to regional economic growth, this paper proposed an improved mathematical model using the principle of Solow production function. A modified Solowg growth equation was used to measure the contribution rate of highway transportation to regional economic growth. The model was tested using the statistic data of Harbin City in Heilongjiang Province from 1990 to 2003. The calculated contribution rates showed the model is useful.
