中美高校学生校内申诉制度比较研究 被引量：3

摘要 中美高校学生校内申诉制度在申诉范围、申诉机构、申诉程序、申诉决定的效力、申诉与诉讼的关系等方面都存在差异,吸收美国的成功经验,提出完善我国高校学生申诉制度的建议。
