目的:探讨多种原因导致的妇科不孕症应用腹腔镜治疗的护理配合要点。方法:对108例妇科不孕症患者实施腹腔镜手术的护理配合体会进行总结。结果:105例手术顺利,非常成功,3例术后采用试管婴儿。结论:妇科不孕症患者实施腹腔镜微创手术,要求手术室护士不仅具有配合微创手术开展的熟练技术,还应掌握仪器的功能、原理、操作规程及延长仪器的使用寿命,并熟悉患者的心理因素作好心理护理。

Objective Discusses the gynecology department sterility which many kinds of reasons cause to apply the peritoneoscope treatment the nursing coordination main point. Methods Implements the peritoneoscope surgery＇s nursing coordination experience to 108 example gynecology department sterility patient to carry on the summary. Results 105 example surgeries are smooth, is successful, after 3 example techniques,uses the test-tube baby. Conclusion The gynecology department sterility patient implements the peritoneoscope micro to create the surgery, requests operating room nurse not only to have coordinates micro to create the skilled technology which the surgery develops ,but should also grasp instrument＇s function,the principle, the working instruction and lengthens instrument＇s service life,and the familiar patient＇s psychological factor finishes psychological nursing.
