摘要
介绍了采用声发射无损检测技术对制氢站6台多层包扎式氢气储罐在带氢介质下升压进行在线检验和安全评定的方法。试验说明应用声发射技术可以在不停运的情况下对无法进行内部检验的在用容器进行检验,保证了容器的安全使用,并为声发射检验技术在电力系统的推广应用提供了成功的经验和依据。
The on-line acoustic emission (AE) nondestructive test and safety evaluation of 6 multilayer binding type hydrogen tanks in a hydrogen generator station are introduced in this paper. The test shows that AE inspection technology can apply to in-service vessels which can not be internally inspected. The success of the test gives a basis for application of AE detection technology to pressure vessels in power plants.
