摘要
云浮发电厂4号机是N135型无汽加热装置汽轮机,自投产以来,一、三段抽汽及高、中压外缸温度一直偏高,且容易受抽汽量和负荷变化的影响。通过分析不同运行方式下的试验数据,并与正常运行的同型号3号机组进行数据比较,找出温度偏高的原因是一、三段抽汽量和高、中压汽缸蒸汽流量减少而造成高温蒸汽积聚,提出了解决该问题的技术改造措施和运行调整措施。经技术调整和处理后,4号机一、三段抽汽和高、中压外缸温度均能控制在正常范围。
No. 4 N135 non-steam-heater turbine in Yunfu Power Plant suffered long-standing overtemperature in Extraction Sections 1, 3 and HP, MP outer cylinder after being put into operation, which was easily affected by extraction quantity and load variation. By analyzing the test data under different operating modes and comparing them with the data of the normally running Unit 3 of the same type, it was found that the reduced extraction quantity in Sections 1,3 and steam flow in HP and MP cylinder led to the accumulation of high-temperature steam and in turn to the overtemperature problem. Technical modification and operation regulation measures were presented to solve the problem. After technical adjustment and treatment, the temperature of Extraction Sections 1, 3 and HP, MP outer cylinder was confined within bounds.
