摘要
香港中华电力公司在电网调度上采用了发电、输电、配电集中控制的管理模式。介绍了该公司系统控制中心各控制室的主要任务及应用系统的功能,重点介绍了配电网自动化在提高供电可靠性方面所发挥的作用,分析了集中调度模式在电网调度运行、供电可靠性、安全管理、人员培训等方面的优势。
The centralized control mode of power generation, transmission and distribution is adopted in China Light ＆ Power Co., Ltd. This paper describes the main tasks of the system control center of the company along with the function of the application system. The role of distribution automation in improving the reliability of power supply is emphatically presented. The advantages of the centralized dispatching mode are analyzed from such aspects as power network dispatching operation, power supply reliability, safety management and personnel training.
