摘要
目的观察家兔视神经切断后再生改变。方法采用硫喷妥纳腹腔内注射联合球后2%奴夫卡因液注射麻醉,剪开球结膜,用视神经钳分离视神经,用显微手术剪将视神经2/3切断,30d后手术取出视神经,进行病理染色检查。结果实验的30眼有28眼再生,视神经切断处间隙被再生的视神经纤维长满接通,再生的视神经纤维比正常的粗大,排列不整齐,呈爷索状。结论视神经损伤是可再生的,其再生形式从切口两侧缘开始,而不像周围神经那样从近端开始向远端再生。
Objective To observe regeneration of rabbit optic nerve after axotomy. Methods Optic nerve was separated with clipper after injecting sodium pentothal intra - peritoneaiiy associating with retrobuibar injection of novocaine. 2/3 optic nerve by micro - surgial scissors. Results Regeneration happened in 28 eyes of all the 30 eyes. Nerve fibers overgrew in the blank of excised optic nerve. Regenerated nerve fibers were more coarse and disordered than normal nerve fibers. Conclusion Impaired optic nerve can regenerate. It happened from two sides of incision,instead of growth form proximate to disal end like peripheral nerve.
