摘要
本文分析了多数修船企业在生产组织和模式上存在的弊端,并从新型生产组织的形式和组成以及特点、车间辅助职能与资产管理、生产指挥与协调、经济实体的运行实践等方面,阐述了转变修船生产组织的重要性和具体措施。
This paper analyses the malpractice existing in producing organizations and models in most shiprepair enterprises, expounding the importance and some concrete measures for changing shiprepair pro- ducting organization from all the aspects of the new type of organization, including its style, composing fea- tures, accessory function of workshop, capital managing, direction & coordination for production and practi- cal performance of its economic entity.
