摘要
随着工矿大型动力设备自动化、程序化、简约化水平的提高,动力操纵员工的心理素质要求不是降低了,而是更高了,心理学前期研究和生产实践矛盾均表明,实施大型动力设备操纵员工的心理选拔,对工矿企业具有保障安全生产,提高劳动效率,优化人力资源配置,建立和谐人—机关系,并最终促进企业和谐和社会和谐发展等重要意义。
As the level of automation, programmation, and compactness in large power equipment of industry and mining, the requirement of psychological quality of staff members who operate power equipment has increased. Former studies of psychology and the problems in production practice show that it is necessary to carry out a psychological selection of the staff members who operate large powerequipment. It can guarantee the safe production of industry and mining, improve work efficiency, optimize human resources, and help establish the harmonious relationship between human and machine. Eventually, it can promote the harmony of enterprises and ety.
