摘要
围绕渗硼工艺在模具零件生产中的应用,对渗硼生产过程中渗硼零件的适用范围、材料的选择、渗硼工艺、渗硼后零件的热处理、零件的刃口结构等方面进行了阐述,提出了改善零件渗硼质量,降低渗层脆性,提高渗硼零件使用寿命的方法。
This paper described the mold parts the question which meets in the boronization production process, the suitable parts of the boronization, material choice, boronizing craft, heat treatment of the parts after the boronizing , parts structure, and so on. The method proposed about the improvement parts boronizing quality, reduces infiltrates the level brittleness, enhances the boronizing parts service life.
