摘要
随着信息技术日新月异的变化,图书馆已彻底改变了传统组织模式,形成了知识信息组织、传输、利用的现代化新格局,使读者服务也朝着现代化和信息化方向发展。同时,高层次的信息服务,从知识技能的广泛和深度两方面对图书馆馆员素质提出更高要求,图书馆馆员应采取培训和继续教育的方法,提高自身的素质,适应图书馆读者服务工作的发展。
With the development of information technology, library has been changed into a new and modern one which is organized with modern form of knowledge information, transportation and utility, and then readers service has advanced to the orientations of modernization and information. Meanwhile, librarians" qualities need to be im- proved to a higher level, especially on the width and depth of knowledge, to adapt to the high - level information service and readers service by training and reeducating.
