摘要
学院是牛津大学在初创时期因学生缺少固定住所、学术生活异常艰苦而借助捐赠所建。学院建立后,越来越多地承担起教育教学、人才培养职责,并形成了教养至上的教育模式、自给自足的财务模式、学院自治的权力模式。学院制在牛津大学的成功实践,为我们思考高等教育变革中的诸多问题,比如,如何实现"生活即教育"、如何吸纳社会资助、如何分配大学内部权力等等,提供了有益的启示。
The colleges of Oxford University were gradually constructed by donators because students didn't have fixed dormitories and their academic life was worrying.Later colleges took more and more teaching responsibilities.Their key aim was Bildung(cultivation),and they became financially autarkic and self-governing.The successful practices of Oxford University show us a unique way to the embodiment of the rule of 'life is education',the attraction of social resources,and the distribution of the internal power of the university.
