Analysis of an LD-pumped passively Q-switched c-cut Nd:GdVO_4/KTP laser with GaAs saturable absorber

摘要 采用三镜折叠腔,对LD泵浦c-cut Nd:GdVO4晶体、KTP内腔倍频、GaAs被动调Q激光特性进行了研究,测量了平均输出功率,脉冲宽度,脉冲重复率,单脉冲能量以及峰值功率随泵浦功率的变化关系,并与a-cut Nd:GdVO4/KTP绿激光特性进行了比较。同时,给出并求解了速率方程组,所得的理论值与实验结果相一致。 By using a three-minor folded cavity,the performance of an LDpumped intracavity-frequency-doubling c-cut Nd: GdVO4/KTP laser passively Q-switched with GaAs saturable absorber was studied. The dependences of the average output power, pulse width, pulse repetition rate, single pulse energy and peak power on the incident pump power were measured and compared with those of an a-cut Nd: GdVO4/KTP green laser . Meanwhile, the rate equations were given and solved, and the theoretical values were consistent with the experimental results.
