摘要
为给油茶的高效经营提供经济效益参考和科学合理投资的依据,调查分析了丰城白土镇赣无系列油茶示范林的投入产出情况,并采用技术经济分析方法预测其现金流量和投资回收期。经济概算结果表明:油茶优良无性系示范林第1年投资额较大,第4年即可收回成本,第5年起产生明显收益,且经营期内示范林每hm2累积盈利可达555000元,经济效益显著。
In order to provide reference for efficient management and scientific and rational investment,investment and output of Ganwu series demonstration forest in Camellia oleifera clone in Baitu Town of Fengcheng City were analyzed,and cash flow and investment recovery period were predicted by technical economy analysis method.The results of budgetary estimate indicated that Ganwu series demonstration forest in C.oleifera clone need more investment in the first year,but investment would have been taken back by the fourth year,and it would have brought distinct benefit by the end of the fifth year.Demonstration forest per hm2 could acquire RMB550 000 at the period of management,so economic benefit would be significant.
