摘要
本文以X射线衍射结构分析的方法,分析了用氟化物钎剂钎焊含Mg铝合金(以6063为例)时钎剂的失效机理。Mg和钎剂的相互作用一方面产生了高熔点的KMgF3、MgG2等产物,另一方面使钎剂的有效成分减少,结果使钎剂的熔点升高,流动性下降,活性降低,从而导致钎剂部分甚至全部失效。
The failure mechanism of fluoride flux in brazing aluminium alloys containing Mg(for example 6063)is analyzed by Xray diffraction structure analysis.The interaction between Mg and flux produces KMgF3 and MgF2 which have high melting points and decreases effective composition of brazing flux.Thus the melting point of brazing flux increases,its fluidity and activity descend,with the result that the brazing flux is partly or even completely ineffective.
