运用层次分析和模糊综合评价相结合的方法，建立了立交方案综合评价指标体系，提出了立交方案模糊综合评价模型，并对各指标的量化方法和权重的重新分配问题进行了研究，开发出了一套立交方案综合评价程序系统。

In this paper, combining with the AHP and Fuzzy Synthetic Evaluation methods, an index system of synthetic evaluation of interchange plans is created, and a model for fuzzy synthetic evaluation of interchange plans is established, then the methods to calculate the magnitudes of the indexes and the problem to re-distribute of the indexes' weights are discussed. A computer system is developed.
