My View on Library Spirit

图书馆精神是图书馆职工在长期的工作、学习实践中逐渐建立起来的一种共同价值取向、道德规范和行为准则,是图书馆群体意识的提炼升华。图书馆精神的主要内涵由图书馆优秀文化积淀、凝聚、孕育而成的思想观念、意识导向、价值取向、行为方式等,试从6个方面对图书馆精神的主要内涵进行探讨。

Library spirit is a common value orientation, moral standards and action rules established by librarians during long-term work and learning practice and also the improvement of library population consciousness. The main connotation of library spirit is the ideological concept, consciousness guidance, value orientation and action methods formed from the accumulation, condensation and inoculation of library fine culture. The paper has discussed the main connotations of library spirit from six aspects.
