摘要
为了对苯二酚进行高灵敏度的检测,本文对化学发光法进行了研究。在酸性介质中甲酸对高锰酸钾-苯二酚氧化发光反应有很好的增敏作用,基于此,建立了静态注射化学发光检测苯二酚的分析方法。所建立方法的标准曲线的浓度范围为0.12~0.60mg/L,该方法显示了良好的相对标准偏差(0.4207%~1.4649%)、良好的回收率(97.7%~112.5%)以及极好的线性相关系数(R2=0.9972)。利用该方法测定了不同河水中苯二酚的浓度,相关的定量指标良好。所建立的对苯二酚的化学发光法便捷、高灵敏,适合于环境保护领域对水体进行苯二酚污染物的检测,具有实用意义。
For highly sensitive monitoring of dihydroquinones, a chemi-luminescence detection method is proposed in this paper. Under an acid medium, dihydroquinone shows strong sensitivity enhancement effect to chem-iluminescence produced by potassium permanganate system. Based on this system, a static injection chem-iluminescence method is designed for the determination of dihydroquinones. The standard curve of dihydroquinones is linear in the range of 0.12-0.60 mg/L and the calibration plots of standard dihydroquinones show good RSD (0.4207%-1.4649% ), good recovery (97.7%-112.5%) and excellent linearity (R^2=0.9972). The method has been used for the determination of dihydroquinones in different rivers and good results were obtained. As a convenient and sensitive method, it is suitable for the determination of dihydroquinones in water in the field of environmental protection.
