自制球囊经皮椎体后凸成形术治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折

CLINICAL OBSERVATION ON SELF-CONTROL SACCULUS PROPRIUS BY PERCUTANEOUS KYPHOPLASTY TO CURE COMPRESSION FRACTURE ON BODY OF VERTEBRA CAUSED BY OSTEOPOROSIS

目的:探讨自制球囊经皮椎体后凸成形术治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折的临床效果。方法:应用自制球囊经皮椎体后凸成形术治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折42例56个椎体。术前术后行疼痛视觉模拟评分(Vasual Analogue Scale VAS),并参照Lee方法测量手术前后椎体高度压缩率、后凸畸形角度,进行比较和统计学分析。结果:所有患者疼痛缓解,VAS评分由术前(8.6±0.8)分降至术后(1.7±0.5)分。手术前后椎体前壁和中间高度压缩率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);椎体后壁高度压缩率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);后凸畸形角度术前后比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:自制球囊经皮椎体后凸成形术治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折安全、有效、经济,可以替代进口产品,临床应用前景良好。

Objective:To explore clinically curative effect of self-control sacculus proprius by Percutaneous kyphoplasty (PKP) to cure compres-sion fracture on body of vertebra caused by osteoporosis. Methods: Self-control sacculus proprius were applied and by PKP cured compression fracture on body of vertebra caused by osteoporosis (42 cases and 56 pieces of centrums were included). Pre-and post-operation VAS (Vasual Analogue Scale) on pain were marked, in accordance with Lee method, packing ratio of heights and angulations of meta-protruding abnormity on centrum pre-and post-operation were measured and carried out for comparison and statistical analysis. Results: For all patients, pain relieved. The value of VAS dropped from (8.6 ± 0.8) pre-operation to(1.7±0.5) post-operation. On height packing ratio of antetheca and intermedial in centrum pre-and post-operation, the discrepancy had statistical significance (P < 0.05). On posterior wall, the discrepancy had not statistical significance (P>0.05). the same was seen on angulations of meta-protruding abnormity (P< 0.05). Conclusion: The method above had cura-tive effect of safety, utility and economy on curing compression fracture on body of vertebra caused by osteoporosis, it could be the succedaneum for import product and had good perspective on clinical application.
