摘要
为了延长热作模具钢在铝合金压铸过程中的使用寿命,对H13热作模具钢进行了气体软氮化、蒸汽氧化及其氮氧复合处理。采用熔损失重法,通过称量各种表面处理H13钢熔损试验前后的质量,对其抗动态熔损性能进行了比较。结果证明,表面处理能显著提高H13钢的抗熔损性能,尤以氮氧复合处理效果最佳。
In order to improve the service life of hot work dies during die casting process of aluminum alloy, various surface engineering techniques were introduced to modify die steels. Gas soft nitriding, stream oxidation and their combined process were applied respectively to H13 steel. The erosion resistance of different surface treated H13 samples were compared by the weight-loss method. The results showed that the erosion resistance of H13 steel was improved remarkably by using these various surface treatments, especially by using the combined process of soft nitriding and post stream oxidation.
