中国市场上紧凑型一体化荧光灯的质量和可靠性

Quality and Reliability of Compact Fluorescent Lamps in China.

近年，由于中国国内节约能源的需求和绿色照明计划的推动，紧凑型一体化节能灯（ＣＦＬ）的应用增长十分迅速。这是由于紧凑型节能灯能够简单地取代普通白炽灯（ＧＬＳ），且节约８０％的能量。但是有两个问题限制了ＣＦＬ的进一步推广和应用，第一是价格过高；第二是质量太差。这里我们撇开价格问题不谈，因为国内厂家已基本克服此问题。我们认为合格的ＣＦＬ应满足以下的要求：１）安全，满足ＩＥＣ９６８，ＥＭＣ（ＩＥＣ１０００），ＥＭＩ（ＣＩＳＰＲ１５）等标准的要求。２）可靠，低的早期失效率（即灯寿命小于１０００小时得失效率）；合理的使用寿命（５０００小时）；高的光输出和光通维持率（符合国标）。

オhe last few years the use of Compact Fluorescent Lamps(CFL)has been growing enormously,especially in China,due to the need for eergy saving and the efforts by various China Green Lighting programs .Especially these CFL lamps have a high potential for energy saving and costs saving,due to the fact that they can easily replace the standard incandescent lamps (GLS)and there by save about 80% of the eenergy.However,two main issues still limit the more widespread use and application of CFL.First one is the high lamp price;the second is the poor lamp quality.Since many Chinese CFL manufacturers have overcome the price issue,here we do not discuss.As our experience,a qualified CFL lamp must be fulfilled the following requirements:1Safety:which means comply with the safety standard IEC968,Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC:IEC1000)and Electromagnetic interference (EMI:CISPR15).2Quality and reliability:low early failure rate (the percentage of lamps which fail before 1000 hours life),reasonable lamp life (medium lamp is over 5000 hours )and a high light output and lumen maintenace (meet China national CFL standard at least)
