急性肺损伤的药物治疗研究进展 被引量:8

摘要 在过去的十几年中,机械通气治疗,特别是小潮气量机械通气和压力限制通气的应用,已经使急性肺损伤/急性呼吸窘迫综合征(ALI/ARDS)患者的病死率有所下降,但仍然在一个较高水平,探索药物治疗是今后努力的方向,现就最新进展进行综述。
