摘要
通过炼钢-CSP-冷轧DQ级钢小批量的工业试验,研究了各工序工艺参数对DQ级钢力学性能的影响。研究结果表明,CSP-冷轧DQ级钢生产可采用与常规热轧相似的化学成分;CSP采用"二高一低"工艺能有效减少氮化铝的析出;增加冷轧压下率、降低退火加热速度、减少平整伸长率,DQ级钢力学性能显著提高。研究成果运用于实际生产中,涟钢DQ级产品广泛进入了车辆冲压板市场。
Through industrial test of steel making-CSP-cold roiling of DQ steel in small batch, the influence of technical parameters of each process on the mechanical properties of DQ products was studied. The results show that, the similar chemical composition of conventional hot rolled DQ steel could be accepted for CSP - cold rolled DQ steel,CSP can adopt suitable parameters effectively reduce the precipitation of ALN; and the mechanical properties of DQ steel can be enhanced ly in creasing cold rolling reduction rate,lowering annealing heating speed and reducing elongation rate of skin pass rolling. Such DQ products can be widely used for automobile industry.
