矢量格兰杰因果关系及其在复杂网络中的应用

Vector Granger causality and its application in complex network

自从格兰杰1969年提出因果关系的概念之后,格兰杰因果关系在构造生物网络(基因网络、蛋白质网络、神经网络)的结构方面的应用越来越广泛,但是它只能用于研究单个节点和单个节点之间的内在联系。而实际的生物网络由于基因、神经元等的相互作用,往往呈现出非常复杂的网络结构,需要研究网络节点构成的组与组之间的内在联系。将格兰杰因果关系进行推广,得到矢量格兰杰因果关系的研究方法,并通过两个模拟的例子验证了方法的有效性。

Since Granger put forward the notation of causality in 1969,the applicatinn of Granger causality in the construction of the structure of biological network （gene network,protein network and neuron network） has become more and more extensive,but it can only get the inter-relationship among single nodes.For the interaction between genes and neurons in the real bioh）gieal network,it is the ease thai the actual network straeture always very complex,the interaction among the groups is needed to study.In this paper,the method of Granger causality is extended to vector Granger causallty,and the method is validated by two simulative examples.
