摘要
某卷烟厂废水污染物质以COD、SS、石油类物质为主,其中SS和石油类物质超标严重。治理工程设计采用接触氧化工艺对该卷烟厂废水进行处理,工程运行表明,在进水CODCr≤560 mg/L、SS≤250 mg/L、动植物油≤35 mg/L的条件下,达标排放出水水质达到《中华人民共和国污水综合排放标准》(GB8978-1996)一级标准,达标排放废水经深度处理能够满足生活杂用水水质标准(CJ25.1-89)。
The pollutant of a cigarette factory is mainly COD,SS and oil material, which oil material and SS exceed the standard seriously. Aerobic biological contact oxidation processes was adopted to treat the cigarette factory wastewater. The operation indicated that the effluent could reach primiry standard of integrated wastewater discharge standard (GB8978-1996) and the effient after the advanced treatment could reach water quality standard for urban water consumption (CJ25.1-89) on the condition that the influent CODCr≤ 560 mg/L, SS≤250 mg/L and animal and vegetable oils≤ 35 mg/L.
