金银花总黄酮的萃取及在卷烟中的应用研究 被引量:5

摘要 采用加速溶剂萃取法和索氏提取法从金银花中提取浸膏,并以芦丁为标准品,建立了芦丁标准工作曲线的回归方程:A=0.00731×C-0.0021,相关系数r=0.9997。计算了浸膏中黄酮类化合物的含量。ASE法提取的浸膏黄酮含量为15.58%,索氏提取的浸膏中黄酮含量为11.42%。金银花浸膏在卷烟中进行了加香试验,金银花浸膏具有显著改善卷烟吸味、减轻刺激性作用。 The accelerated solvent extraction and soxhlet extraction methods were employed in extracting flavonoids of Honeysuckle, turin was taken as the standard sample, the regression equation of rutin standard working curve: A(mg/L)= 0.007256×C- 0.0021 was established, the correlation coefficient was r - 0.9997. The total flavoncids content was 15.58 % in extraction from ASE and 11.42 % in extraction from soxhlet extraction. The extract was used as cigarette addictive, and the smoking quality of cigarette was obviously improved.
