离子交换法生产试剂级30%过氧化氢的检测方法及生产工艺的改进

摘要 用离子交换法生产30%过氧化氢,其中的氯化物在检验过程中,发现检测结果有异常现象。经过多次试验及综合分析,提出了结合本厂生产工艺﹑符合并完善国家标准的新检测方法,并验证了新方法的可行性。生产部门采纳了工艺改进建议,取得了良好效果。 In the inspective process of chloride that existed in hydrogen peroxide (30%) solution manufacted by ionic exchange technique, discovered an abnormal phenomenon. After experimentizing repeatedly and comprehensive analyzing, the best innovational inspective method were provided and verified. This method not only touched closely productive practical, but also conformed and perfect to the GB of China (issued The China National Standards). Authors had already announced a proposal report about improve manufacting technology, and have obtained excellent effect in productive practice.
