摘要 文章根据作者的工程实践及设计经验,总结了管壳式换热器在设计过程中易出现的问题,并指出了解决办法。重点介绍了隔板槽面积的取值问题,并以U型管换热器为例,采用过程装备强度计算软件SW6对管板的厚度进行了计算,指出了设计过程中在换热管四种最常用的布管方式下的隔板槽面积的计算方法,并分析了隔板槽面积大小对管板厚度的影响。 According to the author's experiences of engineering and design, the paper introduced these problems which were often seen in design process and gave the resolvent. It also introduced the area calculation of partition gutter of shell and tubular heat exchanger in important. Took the U heat exchanger as an example, calculate the tube sheet, In design process, the author put forward the calculation methods on the areas of partition gutter of the heat exchanger arranged in four commonly way and analyzing the effect of the area of partition gutter to tube sheet thickness.
