依托普通高校培养军事人才的现状与思考

The Consideration of Military Personnel Training in Colleges in China

就新形势下积极应对新军事变革,以科学发展观为指导,努力推进依托普通高校培养军事人才工作做了分析与思考。根据国外依托地方高校培养军事人才和成功经验对我们的启示作了阐述。从总体情况看,虽然各国国情、军情和对国防的需求不同,呈现不同的特点和规律,但其目的都是为了造就高素质的新型军事人才,提高军队的现代化作战能力,为适应未来的信息化战争做好充分的准备。

Under guidance of the scientific concept of development, this paper analyzes the situation of the military personnel training in China . Using the overseas successful experience of military personnel training for reference , the paper studies how to cultivate the qualified military personnel in colleges to adapt to the future information war.
