摘要
建立了一套高灵敏度调谐式连续波腔衰荡光谱测量系统,该系统以分布反馈式(DFB)半导体激光器作为光源,利用其电流调制及调谐的特征进行衰荡和腔损耗谱测量,系统重复测量精度约为0.65×10^(-6)。对实验中出现的标准具效应进行了实验和理论分析,证实了这种效应来自衰荡腔的外部弱反射,并通过分析找出了系统中主要的反射面源。提出了标准具效应的软、硬件消除方法,实验结果表明,软件处理中数据拟合的标准误差约为0.4×10^(-6),硬件改进后腔损耗谱振荡起伏标准差由原来的9.2068×10^(-6)减少为0.4561×10^(-6)。
Using a distributed-feedback (DFB) diode laser as light source, a high sensitivity system of continuous wave (CW) cavity ring down spectroscopy was built. With the diode laser's feature of current modulation and tuning, the ring-down transient and spectrum of cavity loss can he observed easily, and the repeated measurement error of system is about 0.65 × 10^-6. The etalonlng effects found in experiment were theoretically analyzed and experimentally researched in detail, then the external weak reflection of cavity was confirmed as the source of the effects. And the main reflection face was found through analyzing. Ways of software and hardware to eliminate the effects were put forward and testified. The results show that the fitting error of software is about 0.4 × 10^-6, and after hardware improving, the standard error of cavity loss spectrum's fluctuation decreases from 9. 2068 × 10^-6 to 0. 4561 × 10^-6.
