摘要
目的:观察1997、2001、2007三年代大益的生熟普洱茶对模型小鼠单核-巨噬细胞系统功能的影响。方法:采用腹腔注射环磷酰胺诱导免疫低下小鼠,用小鼠碳粒廓清法、免疫器官重量法观察三年代的生熟普洱茶对免疫低下小鼠模型单核-巨噬细胞系统碳粒廓清功能的影响及脏器指数的变化。结果:三年代的生熟普洱茶各剂量组与模型组相比均能不同程度地提高该模型小鼠碳粒廓清指数K及吞噬指数α。结论:三年代的生熟普洱茶均能提高环磷酰胺诱导免疫低下小鼠模型的巨噬细胞吞噬功能。
Objective: To study the effect of Pu'er tea produced in 1997,2001 and 2007 on the mononuclear phagocyte system of model mice.Methods: A cyclophosphamide abdominis injection was used to induce low immune mice.The carbonic particle clearances of the mice and the weight of immune organ were used to observe the effect of Pu'er tea produced in the different years on the carbonic particle clearances in the mononuclear phagocyte system of the low immune mice and the changes of organ index.Results: Pu'er tea produced in the different years and in the different concentrations significantly increased the index of the carbonic particle clearances(K) and phagocytose(α) of the macrophage.Conclusion: Pu'er tea can improve the phagocytose ability of the macrophage of the low immune mice caused by cyclophosphamide.
