介绍了有机磷农药的种类及污染途径,分析了有机磷农药的残留问题及对人体健康的危害性,探讨了食品中有机磷农药污染的防治策略。
The type and the pollution way of the organic phosphorus pesticide have been introduced. The residual problem and the hazard to health have been analyzed. The preventive strategy of the organic phosphorus pesticide pollution in food has been discussed.
