摘要
采用火焰原子吸收分光光度法测定了购自七家超市中八种常见蔬菜中的Cu、Zn、Pb、Cd、Cr、Ni六种重金属含量,实验结果表明:该方法灵敏度高,检出限低,线性范围宽,RSD为0.02-1.01%。与国标对照比较了八种蔬菜中重金属的含量,其中28个蔬菜样品中锌、铜二种重金属均未超出国家标准;但镉含量较高0.038-0.18mg/kg,超标率为50.0%;铅含量为0.10-0.80mg/kg,超标率为96.4%;镍、铬含量为0.63-9.05mg/kg、17.68-27.95mg/kg,其含量都超出国家标准,超标率为100%。
The contents of Cu, Zn, Pb, Cd, Cr, and Ni of eight common vegetables from seven supermarkets were determined by flame atomic absorption spectrophotometry. The experiment results showed that the method was one with high sensitivity, low detection limit and wide linear range, and the RSD was 0.02-1.01%. The contents of Cu and Zn of 28 vegetable samples didn't exceed National standard as compared with the contents of 8 vegetables in National standard. The contents of Cd,Pb, Ni, and Cr were 0.038-0.18mg/kg, 0.10-0.80mg/kg, 0.24-9.05 mg/kg and 17.68-27.95 mg/kg, respectively. The overstandard rate of Cd,Pb, Ni, and Cr were 50.0%,96.4% and 100%, respectively.
