The fund industry is considered as the most promising financial industry in the 21st century. The industrial investment fund is the important issue to be researched in our country＇s investment fund field at present, and also an investment form to promote the development of national economy. Based on the analysis of the necessity and the feasibility to develop transportation industry investment fund and the comparative superiority to other financing methods, the paper forecasts the good prospects for developing the industrial investment fund in communication industry, pointing out that such fund will not only be able to provide the new power for the industry development, but also excavate more possible potentials to collect more fund for highway construction.
