摘要
由于原地质设计预测没有盐膏层,因此TK1202井未按照盐膏层井钻井需要进行设计,导致二开958"套管下深4 500m处限制了该井的下部施工。针对套管限制和盐膏层埋藏深、井下温度高盐膏层蠕动速度快的施工难点,为了减少下部盐膏层地层的钻井风险,采用DBS公司提供的UR800扩孔工具对5 886m以上812"裸眼井段扩孔到978"。主要介绍TK1202井长裸眼扩孔施工难点、扩孔工具、工艺技术及扩孔施工过程中的复杂情况。
TK1202 well is a development well located on Tahe Oilfield AIM well area Fracture-Cavity System in northwest oilfield company. The designed well depth is 6 670m, when it is drilled to 5 886m in third opening, evaporite bed which is out of designing appears. It is no evaporite bed in original geological design and prediction. So engineering design don' t considerate the drilling need of the evaporite bed. As a result , when the casing deelines to 4 500m in second opening, the drilling construction of lower part is restricted. Aimed to the construction difficulty of casing restriction, high temperature and large evaporite bed peristaltic velocity are necessary. In order to reduce the drilling risk of the lower evaporite bed, the UR800 reaming tool of the DBS company is used to ream the 51/2″ open hole section' s hole diameter to 9 7/8″ This paper emphatically introduces the construction difficulty, reaming tools, technology and complicated conditions in reaming construction process of the long open hole. It success- fully creates a record which is the longest open hole reaming section and the highest reaming efficiency after Qiunan 1 well.
