摘要
常用的微型热管主要有脉动热管、微槽平板热管和环路热管。当前对脉动热管的研究主要通过实验观察,实验数据不足,尚不能完全明确脉动热管的运行和传热的机理。对微槽平板热管的传热传质机理仍缺少深入而准确的了解,也未建立起工作极限参数,缺少可靠的计算与设计方法。环路热管是一种采用两相流技术的新型传热装置,经过近30年的发展,技术已趋成熟。
The micro heat pipes including PHP, FMHP and LHP. The current research on the pulse is experimental observed and the experimental data is poor. The fiat - slot heat pipe heat and mass transfer mechanism is still lack of deep and accurate understanding. It has not establish a limit of parameters and the reliable method of calculation is absent. Loop heat pipe is a new type of technology which uses two - phase heat transfer equipment and the technology has become mature after nearly 30 years of development .
